Electric Maintenance & Construction, Inc. was established in Hillsborough County, Florida in 1974 by Edward A. Roseman, owner and president.

We are not only well-known throughout Central Florida for our work in the Multifamily and Commercial electrical industry, but also for our ability to Design/Build projects.

We are licensed in over 30 counties and cites in the Central Florida area and we do work in the Bahamas.

We own our own fleet of work trucks which also include aerial lifts, bucket trucks and cranes.

PURPOSE: To provide our community and customers with the best service and highest quality electrical installation possible, while providing employment for the community and generating a profit.
